Shikshako Nalibeli and Hamro Shiksha are the radio programs that Education Journalists' Group prepares. Shikshako Nalibeli is broadcasted through Radio Sagarmatha, 102.4 MHz and Hamro Shiksha is broadcasted from 15 FM stations all over the country through Ujyalo National Network, Kathmandu. The main purpose of the radio program is to use the electronic media to inform the people on the educational issues.
The program has raised different issues and stories from the rural and urban areas, problems faced in the education sector, policy issues, problems associated with the teachers and students, etc. issues are raised in the form of reports, discussions, interactions, interviews, etc. Issues have covered different aspects such as community management of schools, dalit education, technical education, primary and higher education, education on mother tongue, Education for All, etc.
